Registration Information

The tournament date is November 1st, 2015. To enter the tournament a check or money order in the amount of $85.00CAD must accompany this form. This fee covers each individual angler. The last day to register will be October 31st, 2015. All participants must sign their registration form/waiver at the anglers meeting accompanied with photo id.
